TAYLOR, Mich. -- Petroleum marketer and c-store operator Atlas Oil Co. partnered with BP and the Indiana Toll Road to offer motorists free i-Zoom toll certificates, which allow motorists to drive through tolls without stopping and electronically pay the charge, as well as free gas, from Nov. 17 through Dec. 15, 2008.
